Chef Hopeton St. Clair Hibbert is a professional Chef who is world traveled and is proficient in different cuisines such as French, Spanish, Latin American, Caribbean and Asian. Since his childhood he has been experimenting with food. Not cookies and cupcakes but squid, monk fish, and venison. While growing up in an area with a large variety of eating establishments, he was exposed to an array of quality foods. Chef Hopeton has worked at many of the finer restaurants in Atlanta Georgia and Charleston South Carolina.
